The at since should be 5.0.0. Before this version the extension point is not compatible with the current version of the extension point (API changes).

The extension point was initially added by

v4.0.0M5-127-gde35505b2

so first appeared in 4.0, but was modified in an API-breaking way by

% git describe 8ce1a8a5d557a6d7306f6bbfbb7989026c60382c
v4.1.2-127-g8ce1a8a5d

so in its current form, and ignoring maintenance branches, dates from 5.0.

Fixed by 907ec84c7fbe089f6e2618431ac360b25c1af27a.

This is a documentation change, no real validation steps except maybe checking on a built version that the extension point documentation is now correct.

The documentation was not accessible from the toc. It has been added with the fix https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/137815/
