while we are writing the code in the Eclipse IDE the relevant action words does not display immediately until we press the ctr + space keyboard buttons.

I suggest that you get into Preferences > Java > Editor > Content Assist; and as "auto activation trigger characters", set .abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ(
This gives a very comfortable UX.
