Probably reproducible from ever !

In terms of usability, it's not optimal when an user scrolls having its mouse cursor over a Combo field. The focus is implicitly given to the widget and instead of scrolling the page as expected, attribute value may change inside the Combo list.

This can be observed notably in Appearance property page, try to scroll the page having your cursor over the Font combo list => The font is changed whereas you expected to scroll the page.

I believe this is a native behavior, which may be difficult to override
