Project to reproduce.

If user change the creation tool name in the VSM, the tool name is not updated in the tabbar of the table representation.
You have to close and then open the table to see the new name.
(this problem can be reproduced on tree but not in diagram).

Steps to reproduce: 

- Import attached projects
- open table "new ePackage_table" and check that name of creation tool is "Create New EClass"
- open "My.odesign" vsm and rename the creation tool
- the name is not updated in the tabbar of the table representation -> KO

I noticed a similar problem for the tree (but no longer for the table)...
