In "Eclipse Photon RC3" / "Customize Perspective" / "Toolbar Visibility" tab the item "XML Grammar Usage" cannot be unchecked. Display the message "'XML Grammar Usage' cannot be made visible because it is in the unavailable 'null' action set."

Moving to Webtools as "XML Grammar Usage" is a property defined in org.eclipse.wst.xml.ui
