We'll use this bug to track the release

We require IP Team approval of the IP Log.

We require PMC approval of the release and review materials.

AFAICT, there are only version 3.3 bits in the repository. Can I safely assume that version 4.0 isn't ready for Photon?

Hi Wayne,

indeed I planned for a API breaking release but we'll take a bit more time for this, I'd like to contribute the 3.3 (which was part of Neon), we did conduct all the tests for Photon and it looks good. 
Am I right in assuming that none of the iplog, review materials and PMC approvals are required as it has all been done for the 3.3 release already ?

Correct. I've updated the Photon participate record to point to the 3.3 release.

I'll park this release for now. We can reopen this bug when you're ready for 4.0.
