We'll use this bug to track the release We require IP Team approval of the IP Log. We require PMC approval of the release and review materials.
I had sent a note to cross-projects DL that we will be contributing only 9.2.0 for Eclipse Collections and not release 9.3.0 at all. Since we had asked for an offset of +-3, we would be using that offset. However, if we still have to release 9.3.0 for Photon contribution, which will be exactly same as 9.2.0, we can do so. I would prefer to not have to do that. 9.2.0 is already approved and released.

Hi Team, Any updates on this? If we do need to release a 9.3.0 version which will be exactly same as 9.2.0, I would like to know soon so that I can prep and finish it up. Thanks!

I've updated the Photon record to point at the 9.2 release. I'll park this bug and reopen when you start the release process for 9.3. Please update the 9.3 record with a new expected release date.
