Based on the 2.5.3 bundles in the simultaneous repository, I'm going to assume that the Eclipse Photon release of Eclipse Recommenders is a service release, and not this 2.6 release.

I've updated the Photon records to reflect this change, and will mark this bug as WONTFIX. We'll reopen it when the project is ready for 2.6.

Andreas, can you please update the release date on the 2.6 record to some future date?

You are right. We simply haven't had enough new features to warrant the version bump.
