Update T&T document with relevant items from Photon (4.8) N&N documents.

I don't see any new T&T item that should be added for 4.8 in PDE. Most of the items are new features or general improvements which should be obvious and hence need not be added as a tip/trick.

Vikas, let me know if you think any item should be included in the T&T doc.

This updates the T&T doc by removing the new.png icons from previous year's T&T entries.
