Refer eclipse.platform.common/bundles/org.eclipse.jdt.doc.user/whatsNew/jdt_whatsnew.html for the consolidated list of N&N items.

Make sure to use "9 and above" for any relevant item that mentions only Java 9 in the what's new document.
