Update T&T document with relevant items from Photon (4.8) N&N documents.

I will be updating the following entries in JDT T&T doc:

- Find the resolved type for var
	* hover
	* open declaration
- Create module-info.java file
	* Configure > Create module-info.java
	* Paste module-info.java code in Package Explorer
- Configure properties of module path entries
- Override modular build path dependencies for launching
- Navigate to 'switch' statement
- Sort library entries alphabetically in Package Explorer
