- git page
- drop down the Reference combo
- click "New Branch"
- type Bug511111 for the name (or any Bug# that isn't very recent)
- submit

The branch is created, and the Local tree is opened, but you have to scroll through a bunch of other BugXXXXXX branch names to find the new branch before you can check it out.

Would be nice if the new branch was selected in the Local tree, and the tree was scrolled so the user can see the new (selected) branch. Then it is easy to click the checkout button (which is the most common action after creating a new branch).
