p2 publisher documentation http://help.eclipse.org/oxygen/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Fguide%2Fp2_publisher.html&anchor=category_publisher is out of date as it misses some parameters such as -jreLocation (bug 334519) or -featureVersionsAdvice

Better documentation (and more tests are great), but no one really wants to do that...
