Current issue:

The user builds a STEM scenario and want to change for instance the properties of his/her disease model_properties(e.g. changing the transmission rate).
The user tries to change this directly in the scenario and change the properties of the decorator, after this change he/she run the model again.
The result is the same as before because the properties are not changeable inside of the STEM scenario. They can be only changed if you go directly into the properties of the specific decorator. 

Feature request:

It would be nice, if the user is not able to change the properties UI outside of the decorators and should get a hint, that only in the decorators properties are changeable. 
Another solution would be to make changes of properties available along the whole STEM project.
