No matter the chosen size of the image, check the HTML export will generate an image file with the same size.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new representation (e.g. a class diagram from ecoretools)
2) Create some few elements
3) Use the Export diagram as Image
4) In the dialog put the image size to Nominal and check Export to HTML
5) Hit OK
6) Check the size of the generated image
7) Repeat 3 to 6, but this time keep the image size to Max
8) The size of the both generated images is the same => KO

Thanks for the detailed bug report. We have reproduced it.
Note that it has not been added to a future release yet.
