Users who subscribe to more than 5 mailing list might not always see the "Manage your mailing list" button link at the bottom of the tab.

We should add an additional link in the heading of the tab for this.

Hi Chris,

I merged a patch today on production that adds an edit icon next to the Eclipse Mailing Lists title. Which will let users go to their Manage page when they subscribed to a lot of mailing lists.
