In VSM elements, there is two kinds of documentation fields:
* org.eclipse.sirius.viewpoint.description.DocumentedElement#Documentation
* org.eclipse.sirius.viewpoint.description.EndUserDocumentedElement#EndUserDocumentation

The "Documentation" field is intended to the specifier but it is used for displaying the end-user tooltip in the case of creation tool for instance.
See the attached screenshot.

It seems that we should review the subclasses of both DocumentedElement and EndUserDocumentedElement to detect other occurence of the same "issue".
Some migration participant might also be needed.
