Currently, SVG diagram image export does not support auto-scale functionality.
Though the UI available from export wizard like we can see from attached picture make us think that it can impact it because the auto-scalling checkbox can be activated.

Step to reproduce:
1-create an ecore modeling project
2-open the diagram
3-click on the "export diagram as image" button from tabbar
4-Select SVG format

Then the checkbox should be deactivated and should not be changeable.
