follow up of bug 487421

The information on following options are missing when on ecj -help

--add-exports
--add-reads
--processor-module-path

Verified for 472 using M20171123-0800 build. One question though - no java9 options are listed in Using the batch compiler section under help contents. Do we have a separate bug for that?

This was pointed out by Manoj, but I couldn't put it in R4_7 in time. Now it is in. I guess we will need an RC4?
