Papyrus must investigate to allow to edit Papyrus XWT files using WindowBuilder.
The goal of this feature is to provide an easier way to change existing properties views.
At the end of this development, we must be able to : 
	- open Papyrus XWT files
	- edit them (moving widget, adding/removing, edit their properties)
	- changing layout
	- create new XWt files compatible with Papyrus

			-> This patch allows to Papyrus Team to make the feature, but at the end, it probably must not be provided to WindowBuilder team
