When dealing with a broken database when an element in the database reference an unknown CDOID, the prefetch of its lock state raises an NPE because the revision is null.
I will add a little fix. Unfortunately, I do not have a JUnit to reproduce the issue as I currently only reproduce it by modifying the databse to have an element reference an unknown CDOID.
