Use case to reproduce

If 2 eléments are aligned vertically and you try to create 2 ports vertically the result is wrong.

Step to reproduce:
- Open Diagram newEPackage
- Check that P2 and P1 are vertically aligned.
- Check that Snap To Grid and Snap to Shapes are checked in tab Rulers & Grid
- Use tool createEdge on middle of left side of P2 and on the middle of left side of P1.
- The border node is created on top of left side of P1, while it should be created on middle of left side of P1. The border node is created at the bottom Left of P2 (see screenshot BadPosition) while it should be created on middle of left side of P2 (see screenshot GoodPosition).
