The current LockDecorationUpdater works only for CommonNavigator.
Or aird editor needs this functionality and have only a TreeViewer for representation part.

So the component should be updated to allow any TreeViewer to work with.

Steps to reproduce: can be reproduce only in OD Team context, contact pierre.guilet@obeo.fr for the details.
