Use case to reproduce

When you change the Rulers Units the grid origin is not refreshed

Steps to reproduce
- Open the Arrange All project
- Select Rulers & Grid tab. 
- Check Show Grid, the Rulers Units should be Centimeters and the Grid Spacing should be 0,125.
- Change Rulers Units to Pixels and the Grid Spacing to 45.
- The grid origin (in the upper left corner of diagram) is OK
- Change the Rulers Units to Centimeters and the Grid Spacing to 3
- KO the grid origin is not refreshed.

Reproduced by changing the grid spacing (in pixels) several times : 2, 5, 15 for instance.
