Find a function that has a comment (I was testing with generateUserInfo in globalCommands.js).
Move the caret into the function name using the arrow keys.
Press F2 to bring up the comment tooltip.
Press ESC to make it go away - nothing happens.

Need to type arrow keys to make the tooltip disappear - this is non-intuitive.
