Module org.eclipse.gef.repository dependes on the JBoss's repository-utils plugin in a 0.19.0-SNAPSHOT version. It's best-practice to use plugins only in a released version for having a repeatable and stable build. 

The corresponded release version 0.19.0 doesn't exist for this plugin, but 0.21.0 .

I recognized it during a build based on the tag 5.0.0 .
