Consider the following example:

/**
 * //<-- assist here
 **/
function F() {
}

If you activate assist where indicated, the descriptions for the tag proposals are shown in English-only.

The problem is in bundles/org.eclipse.orion.client.javascript/web/javascript/ternPlugins/jsdoc.js
