Steps to reproduce:
* Import project CombinedFragmentResize (from CombinedFragmentResize.zip)
* Open diagram "Sequence Diagram"
* Display the ruler (Properties view on the diagram > Rulers & Grid > Show Ruler)
* An horizontal guide is displayed
* Resize the "alt.1" combined fragment to the guide
* KO: The first operand "[condition 1]" of combined fragment "alt.1" is moved and is no longer "snapped" to the title of the combined fragment.
* KO: The first operand "[condition 2]" of combined fragment "alt.2" is moved and is no longer "snapped" to the title of the combined fragment.

An arrange all do not resolve the problem. We must move one of the CombinedFragment not in the same bounds of the other and launch an arrange all to resolve the problem.
