We'll use this bug to track the release

We require IP Team approval of the IP Log.

We require PMC approval of the release and review materials.

The commit comments made over the last 12 months lead me to believe that this should be marked as a service release. It does not appear as though there is any new functionality or changed APIs.

Is this accurate, Simon?

Hi Simon, if it is a service release, then no you do not need a review.

I changed the review type to "Service Release". There's nothing more that needs to be done here.
