It seems that the blank lines inside method bodies are removed by the code
formatter even if the option "preserve emtpy lines" is set to 1 or more.
See the attached test case.

I worked for me on Windows. So it might be a Mac specific problem.

I have no problem to format that code on Mac OS X 10.2 using a plain M7
installation.

Verified in I20040219 on MacOS 10.3.2
