Description Pierre-Charles David CLA 2017-05-28 10:16:45 EDT
When opening the aird editor on a "mostly empty" session, with no semantic models or no compatiable viewpoins, the two trees in the editor's UI are empty. While this is correct, we could in these case provide "virtual nodes" to explain to the user why there is no content (avoiding some potential confusion), and ideally allowing (via a double-click) the most obivous "next action" (when it makes sense).

For example, when there is no semantic model yet, a greyed label like "No semantic models attached. Double-click to create one."
