In a Model Explorer an empty line is displayed if the content of a folder is moved to an other folder. If the content is resfreshed the empty line disappear. 

Steps to reproduce:
In a modeling project
- Create a folder "A"
- Add a file name ".toto" in this folder. This file is filtered throw "customize view". This file is not displayed.
- add a sub folder "subA"
- create under root a folder "B"
- Move sub-folder "subA" to folder "B"

At this step an empty line is displayed under folder A.

Reproduction steps:
- Import and open the project from 517173.zip in your workspace
- In the folder a, you should only see 517173.toto. If the file ".toto" is displayed, go to "Filters and Customization" (Using the top right arrow of the Model Explorer view).
- Drag and Drop 517173.toto in folder b.
-> This should not leave a blank line under folder a.
