Project to import in order to reproduce the bug

In VSM, when you add Style on a group with a toggle Style different of NONE, the property view does not display all the content of the group because there is no vertical scrollBar (see attached screenShot). It should be present!
If you resize the property view, the vertical scrollBar appears.


Step to reproduce :
* Import the project attached,
* launch a runtime and create a Basic family sample model (from sirius example),
* create a diagram person and select Bryan,
* open property view on tab "Page",
* Unfold the group : there is no scrollBar to display all the content KO
A scrollBar should be present!

Can't reproduce on Windows 10 in runtime environment.

I can't reproduce either under Linux (see attached screenshot), closing as INVALID.
