Since 1.4 eggerit shows a warning on every checkout that the workspace files are not the same as the review files. Of course not, I'm using the option "run in background" on the git checkout dialog, since I want to continue reading files, while my (sometimes very slow) checkout is done.

Please either make this warning 
* configurable in the preferences, 
* dismissable in the dialog itself ("Don't show again") 
* leave it away if the "run in background" option is used in egit
* or compare the files only after the checkout has actually finished (not after the checkout dialog closed).
