Update T&T document with relevant items from Oxygen (4.7) N&N documents.

Added the content from the following to T&T doc:
- Show JUnit failure trace in Console view
- Method result after step operations
- Triggers for breakpoints
- Open Implementation of selected Type
- Toggle Tracepoint
- Conditional watchpoint
- Show Logical Structure enabled by default
