Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a workspace with a linked file (you can use empty file.txt);
2. Execute your context just to be sure it works;
3. Open cmd and execute touch <filename> command;
4. Try to apply workspace context. 

Bug: 

"Failed to load content of linked file" message appears. 
Removing and adding back a link to a file doesn't help.
Restarting RCPTT doesn't help.
