Steps to reproduce:
- in a (class|activity) diagram apply a stereotype to a element
- select properties > apparence > In Braces

result:
decoration "this element is imported" is present on element

expected result:
decoration not present

present in Neon.3

faulty method is org.eclipse.papyrus.infra.gmfdiag.common.helper.NotationHelper.isExternalRef() which returns true
