As a plugin editor, I very often see the "validate plugin" dialog when clicking on a run configuration via tools; and have to quit it and get back to the Launch Configuration dialog to add the dependencies.
As the most expected operation for a user when seeing this dialog is to click the "Add depenendencies" button, the dialog should offer a way to add dependency and re-validate without having to quit it and get to another dialog.
