The "Default Properties View Description" which is autogenerated by Sirius does not validate.
On a new project there are 61 errors, related to emfEditServices service, eStructuralFeature variable, input variable and so on.

I experienced the bug with Sirius 4.1.1 and 4.1.3 on Neon.2. This issue was initially reported on the Sirius forum here:

I am not attaching a simple project because it's easier to reproduce the problem with the following steps:
 * File => New => "Viewpoint Specification Project"
 * in project.odesign, click on project and select New => "Default Properties View Description"
 * Click on the "validate model" icon on the top-right corner

Indeed I reproduced your issue. We are currently busy working on the M6 release, I do not know when we will be able to look into this issue.
