This is a spin off from Bug 494407 to track the remaining issue on copy paste of an RTPort when user did not select any thing or select explicitly the capsule compartment frame.

Bug 494407 fixes the nominal scenario when selecting the capsule before pasting with undo redo capabilities

A similar bug was identifed for capsule part Bug 494401

A more general bug was raised in Papyrus, Bug 490804 to solve this issue

Move to 1.0 as bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=490804 will not be fixed in RC4
