Need to change all instances of:
- gray
- grey
- rgb(128, 128, 128) and rgba(128, 128, 128, ..)
- #808080

to #767676
in order to have adequate contrast with white.
Or maybe need to change to #707070 to have enough contrast against light blue?
Investigate.

Changed most to #707070 which passes on light gray or light blue background.
Left line numbers in editor at #767676 which is the minimum required to pass 
WCAG 2.0 AA on white background.
