A link in the Orion markup preview pane needs to pass the following color rules in order to be accessible:
- a 4.5:1 contrast ratio with the background color
- a 3:1 contrast ratio with surrounding text (if this condition is not satisfied, then some other indicator, such as a persistent underline, must be used).
