Add extension points and templates in plugin org.eclipse.efm.ui.newproject.templates

Look for the code of the template wizard for new plugin project (New->Project->Plug-in Project) i.e. list with graphical descriptions

The initial architecture/framework to add new templates is implemented
Now we only have to add content (template types ...)
