The Bug 511395 identified an issue on Papyrus-RT for the undo/redo of state creation in RT state machine diagram, due to the usage of expansion and existence of compartment for RTState stereotype.
The bug 511394 identified the issue on Papyrus. As soon as this bug is fixed, the workaround proposed for Papyrus-RT should be fixed (https://git.eclipse.org/r/89991 & Commit 77bdef8e32c68bc33ea09a5d841a7abe0cbb15af).

Since this one is in state ASSIGNED, but there really is no assignee, who was it intended to be assigned to? Rémi, did you intend to set yourself as assignee, but missed to do so?
