data and metadata to reproduce

In the "custom bar chart" window, when there are a lot of columns (for example with a --freq-series report), the top and bottom sections ("Series" and "Chart options") of the window are not visible except if we resize it a lot out of the visible screen.

Attached to this bug are the LAMI data and metadata files that show the problem.
