Right now, "Toggle Transitivity" has no direct effect. One needs to click on a model element before the view is updated. The update should be made automatically when the menu option is selected.

This is a limitation of PlantUML. I have filed an issue and am currently waiting for Hallvard's response: https://github.com/hallvard/plantuml/issues/92
