Reviewing the gerrit https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/77020/1 for the bug 497644, 
I think the method org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.diagram.activity.helper.AcceptEventActionSwitchHelper.updateAcceptEventActionFigure is in fact a dead code.

Please check it!

It's true, the method 'org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.diagram.activity.helper.AcceptEventActionSwitchHelper.updateAcceptEventActionFigure' have to be removed. But we need to wait the next major release to delete this code.
