Use case to reproduce problem

The function of Export diagram as image does not work if the exported directory is a closed project in the workspace. This works well if the directory is not a project present in the workspace or a directory in the computer disk.

To reproduce problem:
- Import the 2 projects ProjectWithImageToExport and ProjectToClose
- Close the project named ProjectToClose
- Open root package entities (if you don't have available the viewpoint Design install http://download.eclipse.org/sirius/updates/releases/4.1.0/neon/tests/
- Click on "Export diagram as image" and select ProjectToClose as directory
- An error occurs in Error Log View KO: Resource '/ProjectToClose' is not open.
- If you export the diagram in other directory in computer disk and not present in workspace, works fine! OK
