EFM need additional jobs:

- efm-modeling-gerrit-product to ensure the construction of product is not impacted by a gerrit patch that touches code/configuration files of releng
- efm-modeling-gerrit-website
- efm-modeling-neon: to have a nighlty construction of the product
- efm-modeling-neon-website
