Extend the patching work done in shadows/org.eclipse.jdt.core to encompass the 
full JDT core functionality and not just the compiler.

Being done in the 1.2 release to support AJDT.

We changed strategy and are no longer trying to replicate full JDT functionality
in a swizzeled fashion.
